Impose regulations on amateur mixed martial competitions

To extend to amateur mixed martial competitions essentially the same regulations, licensure mandates and fees as professional events. The bill establishes a new comprehensive regulatory regime. Among other things, it would prohibit pros from participating in an amateur event.
