2009 House Bill 5471: Clarify pistol purchase and carry law details

To clarify that the “gun free zones” provision in the concealed pistol license law applies to individuals licensed out of state (these include schools, day care facilities, sports stadiums or arenas, bars, bar/restaurants, places of worship, college dorms and classrooms, hospitals, casinos, entertainment facilities that hold more than 2,500, and courts).   Official Text and Analysis.
