To provide the “template” or “place holder” for a Fiscal Year 2008-2009 General Government budget, which includes spending by the Attorney General, Civil Rights Department, Civil Service Department, Executive, Legislature, Department of Management and Budget, Department of State, Department of Information Technology, and Department of Treasury. This bill contains no appropriations, but may be amended at a later date to include them.
