2008 House Bill 6498: Allow higher indemnities to diseased herd owners

To eliminate a cap on the maximum amount of indemnity that the state may pay to a farmer to compensate for the eradication of a diseased herd. The current cap is $4,000 per animal.   Official Text and Analysis.
