To provide sentencing guidelines for the crime proposed by Senate Bill 513 of failing to dispose of a human body as provided by written agreement (that is, proper burial or cremation by a cemetery or funeral home). This bill was introduced following a grisly 2002 incident where hundreds of discarded bodies were found unburied at a Georgia crematory.
