To add the Eurasian Ruffe, round goby, tubenose goby, quagga mussel, zebra mussel, cylindro, fanwort, and starry stonewort to a list of banned species in a <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2005-SB-213">law</a> banning their introduction into the state, remove yellow flag iris from the list, and also authorize adding crustaceans and birds to be named later to the ban list.
