To require the Department of Human Services to make orientation and training sessions available to day care aides or a relatives providing day care for the children of a welfare recipient receiving child day care subsidy payments. The orientation and training sessions would have to include cardiopulmonary resuscitation, safe sleep, shaken baby syndrome, health and safety checklists, attendance reporting, and more. The department would also have to start a temporary pilot program requiring these sessions.
