To allow motor sport spectators to bring their own beer and wine into certain motorsports facilities that have at least 1,500 seats and which acquire a new $250 motorsports facility liquor license. With the license as facility could also sell beer and wine. The bill also eliminates a requirement that a majority of the concessionaires at motorsports events be from nonprofit civic and charitable organizations.
