To create a state "Invasive Species Fund" to receive civil fines and permit fees collected under the law regulating the introduction of potentially invasive species. Money in the fund could be used to enforce this law, and for public education about invasive species. Also, to require the Department of Environmental Quality to post on its website information about this law, including a list of banned species. See Senate Bill 211.
