2004 House Resolution 233

House Roll Call 300: Adopted

To urge the Governor to direct the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration not to promulgate ergonomics standards for Michigan. The agency has been working on a ergonomics regulation it may propose in the future. See also House-passed version of SB 647, and the House-passed version of HB 5521, a budget bill that prohibits the agency from spending money to develop “ergonomics” regulations.
