Amend page 1, line 5, after “marriage.” by inserting “When an individual 17 years of age but under 18 years of age has 1 parent’s or legal guardian’s consent to enter military service, that individual may contract marriage, and the other individual with whom that individual would contract marriage may also contract marriage with 1 parent’s or legal guardian’s consent, if the other individual is also 17 years of age but under 18 years of age.”.
