Proposed “surrogate parenting” law reporting requirement

To establish that health care providers required to report a live birth under current law would also have to report in the same manner a birth to a surrogate mother after receiving a certification form described in the “gestational surrogacy parentage act” proposed by Senate Bill 1177.
