To revise references in the state insurance code to accommodate proposals in House Bills 5429 to 5432 to update and revise a law governing car loans that include vehicle "guaranteed asset protection waivers," where a borrower pays extra for the lender to cancel or waive the amount owed on a car loan if the vehicle is wrecked or stolen.
