To prohibit the state or a local government from requiring a medical services professional to provide a patient with information that is not medically accurate and appropriate according to experts, or medical services in a manner that is not evidence-based. The bill would also prohibit government from banning a medical service professional from providing accurate medical information or services that are evidence-based and appropriate for the patient.
