To extend the Freedom of Information Act to legislators, whose offices are currently exempt, subject to number of specific exceptions proposed other bills in the package comprised of House Bills 4383 to 4292. This bill assigns the duty to receive and decide appeals of public record requests to an existing Legislative Council.
