Repeal life sentence for some drug crimes

To reduce sentences for for the sale of narcotics except for heroin, fentanyl and variants of these, for which sales of 1,000 grams or more can bring life in prison currently, with lesser but still serious penalties for smaller amounts. Under the bill selling 1,000 grams or more of other narcotics including cocaine, currently subject to the same penalties, could instead bring 30 years and a $1 million fine, with lesser penalties for smaller amounts.
