To update a “uniform fraudulent transfer act” based on <a href="http://www.uniformlawcommission.com/Act.aspx?title=Voidable%20Transactions%20Act%20Amendments%20(2014)%20-%20Formerly%20Fraudulent%20Transfer%20Act">a model</a> created by a national Uniform Law Commission for “providing remedies for certain transactions by a debtor that are unfair to the debtor’s creditors,” so as to “coincide” with changes to a “qualified dispositions in trust act”.
