Temporarily waive certain health care regulatory mandates in current epidemic

To establish that all emergency medical services personnel licenses that have expired from March 10, 2020 through December 31, 2020, and all professional certifications in basic life support, advanced cardiac life support, and first aid, are considered unexpired and do not expire until April 1, 2021. The proposed provision would expire 120 days after it becomes law.
