Revise real estate brokers training updates to accommodate epidemic

To revise timing details of the continuing education licensure mandate imposed on real estate brokers. Under the bill brokers would only have to take two hours of classes on real estate law, rules court cases for the three year license cycle that ends in 2020, rather than the usual six hours on various subjects.
