Clear the record of acquitted or never-charged offenses

To require that if an individual is arrested and acquitted of charges after a trial, or is not charged before the statute of limitations has passed, then the arrest record must be removed from the state’s internet criminal history access tool (ICHAT), and any other agency documents or records generated in connection with the charge must be made nonpublic.
