Introduced in the House

June 18, 2020

Introduced by Rep. Kristy Pagan (D-21)

To prohibit corporations and developers that receive selective state “economic development” subsidies and have accepted federal coronavirus relief payments from paying their highest paid employee an amount greater than 100 times the amount paid to the lowest paid worker. This would apply if the firm received more than $1 million in relief and employs 50 or more people.
