Revise “power of attorney” rules

To establish that if a person in good faith accepts a “power of attorney” from another person without actual knowledge that the purported agent's authority is invalid, may still rely on the power of attorney as if it were valid. The bill prescribes procedures and timelines for requesting and getting confirmation.
