Revise “cyber civilian corps"

To revise procedural details of a state a state “cyber civilian corps" to organize civilian volunteers created by a <a href="https://www.michiganvotes.org/2017-HB-4508">2017 law</a>. The bill would require twice a year meetings, a formal process to track volunteer and advisor training and compliance with standards, rationalizing the process by which decisions are made about which prospective clients get assistance and more.
