Revise recording of child abuse/neglect interviews

To revise a law authorizing courts to order that copy of videorecorded statements in child neglect or abuse cases be given to the defense and relevant authorities. The bill would specify that the order must state who may view the videorecorded statement, when it must be returned, and include a reason for releasing the statement.
