Revise commercial fishing law

To revise and update many details, definitions and procedures in the comprehensive regulatory regime that governs commercial fishing in Michigan. Among other changes the bill would allow commercial fishers to take quantities of yellow perch, walleye, lake trout and other currently prohibited "game" species, with limits prescribed by the Department of Natural Resources.
