“Bad driver tax” repeal and amnesty

To accelerate the repeal of some “driver responsibility fees” (“bad driver tax”) that are assessed for various violations and must be paid for two consecutive year. The bill would end some of these fees effective Sept. 30, 2018. See Senate Bill 609.
