Expand hotel and motel room tax

To expand the counties authorized to impose a 5 percent room tax on hotel and motel rooms to pay for tourism marketing and building convention and related facilities. The bill would lower a population threshold so that any county with a city of at least 28,000 could impose this tax (vs. the current threshold of 40,000).
