Let counties keep abandoned cemetery lot money

To presume that money held by a county for the care and preservation of cemetery lots has been “abandoned” if a county treasurer is unable to identify the location of a cemetery or a cemetery lot for which money was deposited. Also, to end the practice of counties holding money for this purpose.
