Revise eviction summons procedures

To revise details of procedures for serving notice of a summons and complaint in evictions cases. Also, a landlord's claim of payment for rent due would have to include all rent due through the end of the rental period at the time of trial. The amount due for rent could not be prorated through the date of the trial.
