To authorize imposing a fee to be determined by the state Fire Marshall on firefighters taking professional qualification standards. Also, to require an individual who passed the exam and served as a firefighter to take the test again if he or she hasn’t been one for five years or more; and establish that a person who met national qualifications and served as a firefighter in another state within the past two years is exempt.
