Require more film subsidy application records disclosure

To require the Michigan film office send a copy of each application for a film tax break or subsidy and all of the information and records included with it to the governor, the president of the Strategic Fund (which oversees most of the state’s selective tax break and subsidy programs), the chairs of the House and Senate finance committee, and the director of the House and Senate Fiscal Agencies.
