Revise (extensive) “Medigap” insurance regulations

To revise (and add to) the mandates requiring insurers selling Medicare supplemental insurance to include certain specified benefits in all policies, and make other revisions to the extensive and detailed statutory regulations on this market. The bill is based on a model act produced by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, and reportedly the new mandates are required to comply with revised federal regulations.
