Authorize "Amber Alert" for certain missing seniors

To require law enforcement agencies to use procedures specified in the bill for rapidly disseminating useful information to other agencies, and radio stations and television stations, which would assist in resolving reported cases of missing persons over age 60 who are believed to be unable to return home without help.
