Revise health insurance chiropractic regulations

To establish that the personal injury protection coverage mandated by the no-fault auto insurance law would not have to cover services authorized under any easing of the scope of practice restrictions for chiropractors, beyond what was allowed under the licensure law as of Jan. 1, 2009. House Bill 5091 would authorize such a scope of practice expansion.
