Revise paternity rules

To require a prosecuting attorney who is presented with DNA tests showing that a man other than the man identified as the father of a child in an “acknowledgment of paternity” is the father of a child to file and pursue a claim for revocation of the acknowledgement. These “acknowledgements” can be the basis for court-ordered child support , custody, or parenting time.
