Revise single-gender school restrictions

To revise the provision in the law allow school districts to establish a single-gender school, class, or program of they also establish a comparable version for pupils of each gender, so as to allow the program for students of the other gender to be for different grade levels, if current research on student achievement and learning supports that decision.
