Authorize certain insurance examination disclosures

To allow the state insurance commission to disclose to a foreign government its confidential work papers, correspondence, memoranda, reports, records, or other information related to an examination of an insurance company, if assurances are provided that the information will be kept confidential. Under current law the commissioner can disclose this information to the federal and other state governments.
