Authorize rape victim forensic treatment grants

To authorize an allocation of the additional fees proposed by House Bills 5055 and 5056 fees on persons convicted of a felony or serious misdemeanor, to pay for the sexual assault victims' forensic medical intervention and treatment grants and contracts proposed by House Bill 5054. The bill would also authorize minor changes in the current allocation of fees paid into the state Justice System Fund.
