Define real estate broker’s license equivalency standard

To revise the statute requiring a real estate broker’s license applicant to have three years experience in the business, by amending a provision allowing an applicant who has equivalent experience to qualify. Specifically, the bill would establish that for every six real estate transactions that an attorney has handled, he or she would be eligible for one year of real estate business equivalency.
