To create a state child support formula commission to review and establish child support formulas to be used by courts in divorce cases. The commission would take into account various pertinent factors, including the requirements of federal law. It would be appointed by the governor and consist of voting and non-voting members representing various specified agencies, interests and points of view. The commission would take over the duty of establishing child support formulas from the Friend of the Court Bureau.
