Mandate certain African history course content

To require that if a public elementary school has an African history class it must include a focus on one or more of the kingdoms of Ghana, Mali, Songhay, Benin, Bornu, Nubia, Axum, Meroe, Monomotapa, or Medieval Ethiopia.
