Mandate CPR training in certain state child care classes

To require that Red Cross-approved cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training be included in the requirements of any state program that provides classes or training programs for first-time parents; certain welfare recipients; and those who work in child care organizations, children's camps, day care centers, family day care homes, or group day care homes.
