Impose licensure on nutritionists and dietitians

To require licensure and regulation of nutritionists and dietitians, and create a Michigan Board of Dietetics and Nutrition to establish licensure and competence assessment requirements for licensees. License applicants would be required to pass a test, and meet certain education standards established in the legislation. The license would cost $75 per year, with a $20 application fee.
