To impose a $251 fine on individuals convicted of sexual assault. The money would be used to pay for Forensic Sexual Assault Nurse Examinations used to collect evidence from rape victims (hair, body fluids, etc), including DNA evidence. The money would be distributed through grants and contracts to organizations that perform the exams.
