Environmental laboratory accreditation

To authorize criminal and civil penalties for false statements made under the environmental laboratory accreditation program proposed by House Bill 5743, or for destroying, altering, or concealing any record, report, or document required to be maintained under the program. Also, to require the Department of Environmental Quality to report to the legislature in two years on the status of the proposed program.
