To make indemnification payments received since 1997 for animals destroyed because of bovine tuberculosis deductible from state income tax, and allow the deduction to be spread among up to ten years, such as when it is more than the taxpayer owes in a single year. The bill is part of a legislative package comprised of House Bills 6000 and 6001.
