To allow simultaneous ownership of cemeteries and funeral homes and to require only the operator of a funeral home to be licensed in mortuary science. The bill also requires each corporate owner, officer, or shareholder who owned ten percent or more of the stock, and each partner in a partnership, to be "of good moral character".
