To require a telemarketer to state at the beginning of a telephone solicitation his or her name, and the full name of the organization or other person on whose behalf they were calling. The bill also requires telemarketers to provide, upon request, a telephone number for the organization, and prohibits their use of "caller I.D." blocking devices. The bill is part of a legislative package comprised of HB 4042, HB 4154, HB 4250, HB 4631, and HB 4632.
