2021 Senate Bill 447: Require certain health insurer disclosures

To require health insurers of a “large employer group” to disclose claims utilization and cost information aggregated for all the employees in an electronic, spreadsheet-compatible format, if they are presented with a signed nondisclosure agreement by the agent of record to the insurer, subject to conditions and limits described in the bill.   Official Text and Analysis.
