Referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee on October 9, 2013
To revise a state ban on short-barreled rifles or shotguns to clarify that it bans guns that are banned under federal law, which exempts antiques and "curios and relics." The bill would also require an owner to keep the federal registration for the firearm and when transporting the gun show it to a law enforcement officer if requested.
